Booking & Payments:
Confirmed booking amounts for safaris will not be refunded.
Any safari zone is subject to availability and may be changed according to operational requirements.
Please ensure all details are correct while booking. Incorrect information may cause issues during the safari.
After booking, you will receive vouchers, invoices, and confirmation via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or hard copy. Processing may take a minimum of 24 hours.
Any price hikes by the Forest Department or hotels must be paid by the traveler. Refusal may result in safari cancellation.
Payments should be made only to the company’s official bank account or payment gateway.
Wildlife Adventure India Private Limited accepts Credit Card, Debit Card, and Bank Transfer.
If the advance is paid but the remaining payment is not completed, the tour will be canceled and the advance will not be refunded.
Refunds & Unavailability:
In case of safari unavailability or technical issues, we will refund the full amount paid by the traveler.
Liability:
The company is not responsible for accidents, theft, or damage to luggage.
Rates & Charges:
Tour rates may increase during festivals, long weekends, or peak season.
Travelers are responsible for paying all applicable statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
