Safari is fully controlled & managed by forest department of Pench.
Confirmed booking amount will not be refunded.
Any zone can be allotted, zone is subject to availability. Zone can be change according to availability.
All details should be correct while doing booking by you. If you type something wrong/mistype, you may face problems at the time of safari.
After the booking you will get vouchers/invoice/confirmation. Sometime it can be delay, it might take minimum 24 hours.
Any hikes in the price by the forest department/hotel without prior notice then same should be paid by you. If you deny for that then your safari tour might be cancelled.
For hotel booking minimum 50% amount required for confirmed booking and 50% will be paid at the time of check in at the hotel or at the time of tour start.
We will refund the full amount of safari tour. In case of unavailability/technical issue.
We will not be responsible for any accident/theft/damage.
Tour rates can be increased at the time of festival dates and long weekends.

Wildlife Adventure India Private limited accepts payment by Credit Card/Debit Card/Bank Transfer.
After paying the advance money, if you refuse to make the remaining payment then your tour will be cancelled and the advance amount will not be refunded.
The booking confirmation and the vouchers will be sent to your email, WhatsApp, SMS, or hard copy.
Any Dispute, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
